The development of a website has two essential parts: 1.) creation or improvement of the site and 2.) either regular maintenance or as-needed updating of the site.
New Site Development | top
The cost of a new site depends on the size and complexity of the site. We have created two packages that reflect two common client needs: The $200 One Page Quickie and the $500 Basic Plan for those who want a no frills website for a fixed cost. If your needs are more complex, you will receive a proposal based on an initial meeting where we decide what you want your site to do for you, and we'll go from there. To get an idea, a simple and elegant site generally runs about $200 for the first page and $100 for each additional page, assuming you supply the text and photos. To set up that meeting, please e-mail us.
Site Improvement | top
The cost for making your existing site work better can be a great investment. Our basic rate for Site Improvement is $45/hr. After looking at the site and discussing the specifics of what you want to change, we can give you a ballpark estimate for what the total cost will be.
Site Monitoring | top
In order to maximize your site's usefulness to yourself and your customers, monitoring, maintenance and regular updating is important. Monitoring involves checking your site 3 times/week to make sure everything is working properly and informing you if work must be done.
Monthly Site Maintenance | top
Monthly Maintenance includes all text type updates to a page as well as replacing photos and replacing non-html informational pages such as pdfs (also includes Monitoring).
As-Needed Site Maintenance | top
For sites that do not require monthly maintenance, we can do your updates and fixes as you need them on an hourly basis. Our basic rate for As-Need Maintenance is $45/hr.
Hourly Work | top
Our basic rate for hourly work of any kind is $45/hr.
